The whole process of selecting our wording and what we wanted to incorporate during our ceremony was so easy and seamless. We had so many compliments on the readings we chose, and how personal the whole ceremony felt. Sometimes it's all in a name - Courtney Sweet really is just so sweet! We were so lucky to have her officiating our wedding ceremony. We received many compliments from our friends and family in attendance who said that our officiant was wonderful, and that she really contributed to making our ceremony feel relaxed, heartfelt and genuine. Courtney is someone who feels like a long-time friend from the first time you meet her... and I think all of our guests who interacted with Courtney felt that, too, as much as we the couple did. Courtney was the steady constant we needed on our big day. She was professional and always available via email or phone prior to our wedding day. She followed our preferences selected prior to the wedding and was flexible due to the changing COVID restrictions. During the ceremony she was light-hearted when appropriate and walked us through the small things no one really talks about (paper work, which order to put the rings on, etc). She was patient and kind, even when our doggy ring bearer wasn’t cooperating! Jake and I had a wonderful wedding day and a large part of that was due to Courtney’s calm, joyous spirit.
